March 2 (Friday): Sviraci play live music for dancing for the Stanford International Folk Dancers at the First Baptist Church, Event Hall, 305 N. California Avenue, Palo Alto from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. Children are free.
March 3 (Saturday): Bulgarian Party at Noble, 600 Polk Street, at Turk, San Francisco from 9:00 P.M. to 2:00 A. M. Admission is $10.00 in advance ro $20.00 at the door. You must be 21 or older. the DJ will be Hassey D. For more information contact Orlin at (415) 425-3877.
March 3 (Saturday): Red and Black Ball folk dance party with dancing to recorded favorites at the Santa Roas Veteran's Memorial Building, Lodge Room, 1351 Mapel Avenue, Santa Rosa from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. March 3 (Saturday: Bulgarian Gala presented by Tanya Kostova and Antika Bulgaria at Arlington Community Church, 52 Arlington Avenue, Kensington from 4:00 to 10:30 P.M. Admission is $15.00 at the door. Kids are free. There will be a show, followed by a Bulgarian Dinner (food, wine, beverages and goodies will be available). March 11 (Sunday): Hasmik Harutyunyan to teach an Armenian family and village dance workshop for the Petaluma Snapy Dancers and the Armenians of the North Bay at Congragation Ner Shalom hall, 85 La Plaza, behind the Firehouse/Old Rewood Highway, Cotati from 2:30 to 4:30 P.M. Admission is $10.00 and $5.00 for children 16 and under. For more information contact Steve Ayala.
March 12 (Monday): Hasmik Harutyunyan to teach an Armenian family and village dance workshop for the Petaluma Snap-y Dancers and the Armenians of the North Bay at Hermann Sons Hall, Western Avenue, Petaluma from 7:00 to 9:15 P.M.
